    • GRADUATING STUDENTS

    Dear students,

    We would like to inform you that we are gradually succeeding in renewing the software infrastructure ensuring the functioning of the University. The Academic Information System AIS2 will be made available from 24 July 2023 and you will be able to log in securely with your original password from this date, which you will be prompted to change by the system after logging in (see below for the procedure). AIS2 will then be the platform through which your new password will be sent to your email with the domain student.umb.sk.

    Dates to be followed:

    Submission of final theses to the CRZP by students:                      24 July - 4 August 2023

    Enrolment for the state exam in AIS2:                                               24 July - 4 August 2023

    Elaboration of reports on final theses

    by supervisors and opponents of the theses:                                   7 - 16 August 2023

    Entry of course assessments into AIS2 by teachers:                       24 July - 9 August 2023

    State examinations:                                                                                 21-25 August 2023

     

    Registration of final theses

    Students who submitted their final theses to the CRZP by the deadline of 18 June 2023 are registered in AIS2 with the "final" status. These students do not need to re-submit their theses into the CRZP.

    Students who have entered their final theses into the CRZP and it is registered with "in progress" status must re-enter their final theses into the CRZP.

    How to change your password in AIS2

    After logging in to AIS2 by entering your original password, AIS2 will prompt you to change the password you create yourself. You will see a dialog box informing you that your password has expired. If the appearance of the dialog box prompting password changes, the information on this web page will be updated; this is a clarification of the technical settings in order to make working in the AIS2 platform more comfortable.
