    Matej Bel University accepts students for a semester study/or research via exchange programs and schemes other than Erasmus+ such as: National Scholarship Program of the Slovak Republic (NSP SR), CEEPUS, Visegrad Fund and others.

    Every applicant for a scholarship through these mentioned programs and schemes should be aware of the conditions set by their selected programs before requesting the Acceptance Letter from our University.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR NSP SR ACCEPTANCE LETTER REQUESTS

    Your request for Acceptance Letter from Matej Bel University must reach us between 15 February till 30 March for Winter Semester or whole academic year applications or between 15 August till 30 September for Summer Semester (respectfully with deadlines for scholarship applications by SAIA set twice per year – 30 April, 30 October).

    Requests submitted outside of these dates will not be processed. Only requests with complete and correct attachments will be assessed. Be sure to prepare and document your request properly, be meticulous with your Motivation Letter and Study Plan. Supporting documents are listed as mandatory attachments in the application forms.

    All the requests for Acceptance Letters are thoroughly considered and decided by our respective Departments. Please do not interrupt this process with repetitive check-ups or inquiries about the results. Some Departments might require an additional online interview with pre-selected candidates.

    Succesfull candidates will be contacted back with issued Acceptance Letter around 15 April or 15 October accordingly with application deadlines set by SAIA.
