    Other exchange programs for international students

    Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica accepts students for a semester study/or research via other exchange programs - National Scholarship Program of the Slovak Republic (NSP SR), CEEPUS, Visegrad Fund. Every applicant for a scholarship through these mentioned programs should be aware of the certain conditions of the program before requesting the Acceptance Letter from the hosting university.

     

    Applicant for a NSP SR scholarship - study:

    1/ request your Acceptance Letter from Matej Bel University by sending an email to: jana.hubacekova@umb.sk, no later than a 1 month before the application deadline for a scholarship at SAIA, n.o. Bratislava (deadlines are twice per year - 30th April, 30th October);

    2/ your email should contain following:

          * CV in English;

          * Motivation Letter in English;

          * Study plan - list of courses you wanna take, period of your study stay at MBU BB.

     

     

    Applicant for a NSP SR scholarship - research/PhD study stay:

    1/ request your Acceptance Letter from Matej Bel University by sending an email to: jana.hubacekova@umb.sk, no later than a 1 month before the application deadline for a scholarship at SAIA, n.o. Bratislava (check the deadline for a PhD/research applicants with SAIA, n.o.)

    2/ your email should contain following:

          * CV in English;

          * Motivation Letter in English;

          * list of publications in English, if any;      

          * Research plan - topic of your research, outcomes of research, benefits from your stay at MBU BB, period of your  stay at MBU BB.

     

     

    Applicants for a study or PhD/research stay via CEEPUS and Visegrad Fund:

    1/ contact the certain coordinator of such program at your home university;

    2/ coordinator of the hosting university will be notified via system;

    3/ other information will be forwarded to the applicant via email.
