Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica has set up a UNIVERSITY SUPPORT AND COUNSELING CENTER UMB for its students.

The center provides support, guidance, and orientation in coping with challenges helps to understand oneself, build resilience, and discover hidden potential in UMB students.

We provide within the University Support and Counseling Center

• Psychological counseling
• Social counseling
• Legal advice
• Pastoral counseling
• Special pedagogical counseling and support
• Career counseling

We are convinced that help must receive every student of our university who needs it. Counseling is provided free of charge via email, in person, online, and telephone by a team of experts from various UMB departments.
